Acting Governor of Kaduna State, Dr. Hadiza Balarabe has been told that “expired and dangerous drugs” are some of the items carted away by looters who descended on the Training and Research Institute of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control, NAFDAC in Kaduna State.
Balarabe visited the NAFDAC facility located in Narayi High Cost area of the State while inspecting the places that were looted by criminal elements in the State.
Other items stolen from the Institute are office equipment and doors including batteries from vehicles parked on the premises of the Institute.
The Kaduna Government has imposed a 24-hour curfew on all parts of the State to forestall the looting of public and private properties but this has not prevented some of the residents from carrying out the act.
