Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the inconclusive Kogi-West Senatorial District election, Senator Dino Melaye seen in the photos may have approached the Federal High Court Abuja over the supplementary election scheduled to hold on Saturday, November 30.
Details are unknown but he declares in one of his tweet @dino_melaye that “No rest till justice is done.. No retreat..No surrender”.
Senator Melaye had earlier in the day visited the Maitama headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) where he submitted a fresh petition stating conditions for the supplementary polls to hold.
